I knew that the next time an issue cropped up with the Duravit toilet, I’d be replacing it. After confirming it was not a clog, Marcos and I talked about other models. Once I settled on the model, he came back with a quote a few minutes later (quote was similar to others I had been provided in the past). He returned the next morning to do the install and hauled way the old one. He was efficient, courteous, professional, and taught me a little more about plumbing. I mentioned my disappointment that the developer failed to caulk the section of the tile behind the toilet…and Marcos took care of it. The CR&P team is customer oriented. Gloria and Samantha were fabulous and ensured that someone came out ASAP. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Highly Recommended! I cannot say enough good things about Chosen Rooter and Plumbing! They truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only were they right on time, but they were also incredibly friendly and completed the work in record time. I was especially impressed by how much care they took to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace throughout the entire job. Their work was thoroughly completed, and they didn't cut any corners. If you have any plumbing problems, do yourself a favor and call them first—I highly recommend them to everyone!

We had a pretty urgent plumbing issue, and Jesse responded quickly and resolved it efficiently. He also went above and beyond by communicating with our building management and coordinating a temporary water shutoff. Very professional & helpful throughout the process, would highly recommend.

Came to my house for a kitchen sink leak and a water pressure issue. Told my husband it’d be a few hundred dollars. Husband had to leave so I took over the conversation. The technician asked my husband if I could make decisions. The technician told me repeatedly he wished my husband stayed before I had asked a single question and then when I asked questions he said he was ‘surprised I even had questions to ask.’ He then said the price would be between 1-3k to fix both issues. He then priced out three options on the phone with his manager and the smallest quote was 4k and the biggest was 6k. I told him they’d been out twice already and he acted like this was new info but I heard my husband share this with him. He then said they didn’t have a history of my spending $550 on their last visit making some of this covered under warranty. I told him we would not be moving forward and then he asked me for a 5 star review on Google after doing nothing. Had another plumbing company come right after. They weren’t rude and fixed both items for 1.5k. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left but want other people to know there are better options.
