Like most of thede beauty supply stores, there is a cold feeling, little customer service, just strictly transactional. They speak very little English which is fine because I make it a point to try to understand, but it took too long to finally make them understand what I needed.

I wanted to look for hair at a new beauty supply and liked what I saw. They have a nice selection and other hair products that I like. They open at 9:30 and close at 7 p.m. The staff was helpful and the store was clean and organized.

Rude owner, stares down customers as if they’re stealing. Shop at the other store across the street, much friendlier employees

Chris has a lot of hair care products for all hair types. He and staff always friendly. He closes at 7pm though.

I purchased $66 worth of merchandise and was charged $466. The cashier tried to shame me and tell me my card declined, very loudly smh Luckily my bank immediately texted me and I ensured them they overcharged me by $400. The receipt and the cash register only showed $66 being charged. I didn’t even finish my sentence before they corrected themselves trying not to get caught.
