What stands out about Corporate Immigration Partners is the specific nature of the work reflected in client feedback. Reviews mention help with H-1B extensions, permanent labor certification steps, and green card petitions, suggesting a practice centered on employment-based immigration rather than general legal services. Some clients describe patient guidance, detailed explanations, and strong support through complicated filings, including document preparation and follow-up questions after submission. One reviewer specifically praised a paralegal for being knowledgeable and kind throughout the green card process, while another noted that a complex case was handled carefully and approved within a relatively short timeline. That kind of feedback can matter to companies and employees who want a team that understands the paperwork-heavy, deadline-driven reality of immigration law.
At the same time, the public reviews also point to a mixed experience, which is useful context for anyone comparing immigration attorneys in San Francisco, CA. A number of reviewers raised concerns about responsiveness, filing timelines, and communication during time-sensitive cases. For legal matters involving visa renewals or green card sponsorship, those details can be especially important because delays may affect work authorization, travel plans, or other administrative steps. In that sense, the profile of Corporate Immigration Partners suggests a firm that may be a fit for clients who value employment immigration experience, while also benefiting from clear expectations and proactive communication throughout the process.
The office keeps standard weekday business hours, open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on weekends, which may suit companies coordinating immigration matters during the workweek. The downtown San Francisco location is practical for businesses, HR teams, and sponsored employees working in the city or nearby commercial districts. If you are searching for a law firm in San Francisco, CA for employment-based immigration support, Corporate Immigration Partners presents a locally based option with recognizable experience in visa and green card processes.
For professionals, founders, and employers trying to make informed decisions, the most helpful way to view Corporate Immigration Partners is as a firm with a focused immigration practice and a review history that reflects both successful outcomes and communication concerns. That balanced picture can help prospective clients decide whether the firm’s approach aligns with their needs, especially when the case involves careful documentation, timely filing, and ongoing coordination between employee and employer.

Sign in to reviewh1b extension is supposed to be filed at least 6 months before, so I initiated the process 6 months before, they filed it 1 month before expiration after 7-8 follow-ups, which is quite a bit of delay and it affects other things like license renewal unless you have i797 approved, apparently they don’t realize that and assume 240 day work authorization while application is pending is enough, I never faced these neglect issue with previous law firms that my employer used. Don't recommend them.
I would like to say thank you to my paralegal, Samantha, who helped me throughout the green card process. She is patient and knowledgeable about the case details. She met with me multiple times before the application and even after the application when I had some questions. She is a really nice person, always thinking from a customer-centric perspective, and is responsible with ownership.
The reason I give one star is because there's no 0 star. I don't understand why would my company will work with this firm. Extremely irresponsive, coordinator told me she has filed pwd for green card application in March but she didn't do so until May. Usually I have to send out several emails in order to get an answer. They started my greencard process in Oct 2021, now it's Sept 2022 and they just filed the first set of document because they have found some mistake in their initial submission, so basically nothing has been done in the past one year. Other firm would have already complete the entire perm process with 1 to 1.5 year but it took 1 year for this firm to just get started. What a joke, stay away from this firm!
CIP filed my GC petition. They really helped with all the steps and was super responsive. Even though my case was complicated, they assured that we had all the documentations when filing and the case was approved in 4 months. Would highly recommend them.
I don’t understand why it takes this firm longer than others to get H1B results back to petitioners. And no response what so ever when you are inquiring the process. I might change my review once they fix this issue but for now, I’m not happy with the current situation.
