Everyone here is courteous, professional, and patient. I get my dog's meds here which is a lot cheaper than the vet.
Service is great but the lines are a bit long. Pricing is much better than anywhere else.
Needed insulin pen tip needles for my cat's insulin that I get elsewhere, I have gotten them many times here before with no problem but apparently now they need my cats prescription for an over the counter product? Also they said they can't get the same needles anymore because they aren't ordered frequently. Called Poway Costco and they ordered them right away with no problems, no prescription needed, and I can pick up the next day. Make this make sense. I have to drive an extra 15 minutes to Poway to get them now but it will be worth it to not deal with the bad customer service here anymore.
I use Costco pharmacy all the time for my dog’s medications. Their prices cannot be beat and I save quite a bit of money by getting them filled there. Every time I call or have a question the staff is always helpful in getting me the information that I need. Today when I ran in to get a prescription for my dog I had picked up a box of k cups which they graciously allowed me to pay for at their counter so I didn’t have to wait in the long check out lines for just one item. Highly recommend!
