I had to take a moment to recognize Ms. Ray for the outstanding customer service she provides at CVS. Every time I see her, she is welcoming, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She goes above and beyond to make Me feel welcomed and valued every time I visit her. Although after her telling me she isn’t the manager, she has all the qualities of one. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic truly stand out. On top of that, Ms. Ray always has a professional appearance and is a wonderful representation of the CVS brand. It’s clear she takes pride in her job, and it shows in every interaction. Employees like Ms. Ray are the reason customers keep coming back. CVS is fortunate to have someone like her on their team, and I hope her hard work and dedication receive the recognition she deserve. Thanks again Ms Ray we will be back to see you !!
Horrible experience. I went in to buy travel peptide packets. The online pickup price was $12.79, but the in-store price was $15.79. Since I was already nearby, I went into the store and asked if they could match the online price. The young employee told me, “I don’t deal wit dat, Tia does.” When Tia came over, she explained that the prices were different. I said I understood and simply asked if there was any way they could price match the online price. She said no. I then asked if I could place the order on my phone while standing in the store and get the item since I was already there. Her response was, “It don’t work like that. You have to come back within the hour.” I understand store policies, and if a price match isn't allowed, that's fine. My issue was the attitude and lack of customer service. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, Tia was eating noodles during the conversation and making remarks while talking to me, which came across as disrespectful. I rarely take the time to complain, but I was genuinely flabbergasted by the approach and lack of effort to help a customer. Nobody expected an exception to policy, but a little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling like my business didn't matter at all
Girl with braces working checkout made fun of our event badges we were wearing and laughed at us to our faces as she rung us up. She then made a comment about us to the guy working next to her and he laughed. When she realized we didn’t …
I came in to deposit some fun money on my CashApp card. Kelly took care of me and she was great. She had patience and made the process seemless. This store has plenty of self checkout and almost everything you need for a quick grab. Thank you for the great customer service.
Thank you to the cashier who helped me on June 15 at around 11:30 AM with adding cash to my PayPal account. Everything was done very quickly, professionally, and without any issues. I really appreciate the helpful and efficient service.
