One longtime customer specifically praised the staff as friendly and personable, recalling assistance during an insurance transition when a discount helped make an essential medication more affordable. That experience reflects the value of patient, considerate help when prescription costs or coverage questions become stressful.

The experience may vary, however, and reviews also describe frustrations involving canceled prescriptions, medication availability, expiration dates, wait times, and staffing pressure. With a 3-star rating from 49 reviews, the feedback presents a mixed picture: some customers value the caring service they have received, while others point to operational challenges. I've been using this CVS for a few years to pick up my prescriptions and I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly and personable. Once when I had a transition in insurance- I wasn't able to afford my much needed medication and they applied a discount to allow me to be able to afford it and I will never forget that. That goes above and beyond- they care about their customers.

I am leaving detailed feedback w customer service on a repeat issue w prescriptions being canceled at this CVS and a frantic worker unable to discuss the issue because they are the only one in the pharmacy. When this last happened, exactly like this, the staff was incoherent and frantically told me they could not ship it and I had to go in. I went in, waited 30 min (w a toddler in tow in line) and was told that the prescription had been sent. This does not seem to be a one off and either there is an issue with staffing, or there is a larger issue that needs to be looked into. Not a reliable pharmacy.

Picked up a medications today May 18, 2026. Medication is suppose to last for four months... supply I was given expires the end of July 2026. So I paid for 4 months, and got 2.5 months. A very expensive medicine too.

Beyond frustrating trying to get prescriptions. The head pharmacist when she is there is great & trying really hard...seems like her hands are tied by corporate or something & they seem to have an anemic distro that is out of everything constantly. The rest of the staff has been nothing but awful. Rude. Mean. Ignoring me until I demand they actually pay attention and help (often insist they couldn't see me because I am in a wheelchair...except, it elevates & so I am usually sitting with my head at roughly the same height I would be standing (5'0") so not sure how they can't see me...are they magically blind to wheelchairs?) If 2 people in line they get exasperated with any questions insisting (motioning at one person behind me) that it is VERY busy & they do not have time to answer questions about actually filling my prescriptions. Now they are sending stuff to other locations so I have to chase around to location 1 for one, location 2 for others, & location 3 for yet others...one of the other locations told me makes me look suspicious. It is not my fault they are at multiple locations.

Pharmacist refused to do their job even when I had a senior manager from medi-cal on my phone explaining how to do it. The other pharmacists were too busy to help despite me being the only person in line for over an hour. This place is a scam
