Excellent place for all your need of jewelry or watches. Staff is amazing, helpful and knowledgeable and guides you throughout the process. They are quick when you need them to be and can take time to explain the stuff as well. They also have a great collection of jewelry and watches. Also just came to know that they do exchange as well.
Was greeted as I walked in with the smile. The young lady heard my concerns and has tom and christian to assist me. Needed to get two watches adjusted that had been difficult for me to do. Both completing the task, making sure that it fitted absolutely perfect with no issues. I've had these watches for months, but never wore them because I couldn't adjust them, they are lifesavers. I just had the best experience at Dallas Gold and Silver in Frisco on Gaylord. I went in to ask them about removing links from a beautiful watch my husband gave me for Christmas. I’d never even known Dallas Gold & Silver was there. I was actually heading to a different jeweler when I happened upon them. I walked in and fell in love! What a beautiful store! The people were so outgoing & friendly and the merchandise was stunning! I met with Tom about my watch and he took care of it in maybe 3 minutes! Needless to say, I am never going back to my previous jeweler. The building used to the home of my very high end nail salon (9166 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco 75034) but now it’s the home of my brand new favorite jewelry store!
