Very disappointed With this jeweler and the shop. First time I went I was satisfied with most of the pieces he had taken care of for me. However he messed up three of my granddaughters bracelets. All the charms were wrong. One bracelet for my three year old have a number eight and number two for the age. The others were equally as messed up. The other work he done I was most satisfied with what he had done as far as engraving. However I’ve taken several pieces in most I was satisfied with. However he’s impossible to get in touch with he’s never in the shop and I find it difficult to find time in my day to go there pick up something that should be ready to find nobody there no note on the door nothing to indicate that he may be back or is not coming back at all. My daughter is in town I have left a bracelet For him to engrave for her birthday. I called this morning just make certain that he would be there so I could pick it up. He acted like he had no idea who I was and then eventually simply hung up on me. This is not acceptable, this is not the way I handle business. I will certainly be finding another jeweler once I can receive my bracelet that I paid a lot of money for and had it in grave specially for my daughter. If I am not able to get it my jeweler I will contact the authorities and make certain that I am able to reclaim my jewelry.
So happy to have a jeweler in the neighborhood again. Dang Jewelry is wonderful. I have already taken numerous items for engraving, add charms to seven charm bracelets. I am sure I will be using him over and over again with three daughters and six granddaughters I will keep them in business all by myself. Very reasonable and can have your order ready within a day or two. Welcome to the neighborhood.
I purchased a ring that was 2 size small. I just had to have it and I took it to Mr. Dang, it took him only 1 hour to re-size my beautiful ring. OMG he did an amazing job, now that I know his work is absolutely amazing I will go to him and tell anyone with a ear how beautiful his craftsmanship is.!!!!
I went to Dang to get my engagement ring resized. He helped me get the right size and did the work in less than 20 minutes. The ring fits perfect and looks flawless and shiny. 10/10 would recommend!
