Sign in to reviewDennis jewelry used to be a certified Tag watch dealer and service provider. They are not now. I was not informed of that prior to taking my Tag in for service over4 months ago. I kept having to call to get update. Not one time did they call keeping me informed of what the status was. Not being a Tag authorized dealer they cannot get Tag parts. I want told that till after 3 months of them ordering parts that weren’t meant for a Tag watch. So after 5 rounds of ordering the same seal but through different vendors they told me it was fixed. We will see. Customer service lacking as well as not being honest. Should have told me they can’t get Tag specific parts I would have gone somewhere else and probably taken half the time. After all this time and headache still charged me the full amount. Do not recommend
If you need ANYTHING cleaned, or resized this is the place you need to go. The customer service was the best I have ever received. The owner worked on my engagement ring himself, and the sales woman who worked with me was outstanding. They are also extremely timely and easy to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about Dennis Jewelry Co!!!!!

The first time I used Dennis Jewelry a few years ago I was very happy and felt that I was treated respectfully. When I came in again a month ago, the vibe was very different. There were no customers. One nice lady helped me, but when she had questions for other people working there, they were rude to her and definitely gave the impression that my business wasn’t worth their time—as they visited with each other. It was really disappointing, and I won’t be going back there again.
