The customer service here was great! From the moment you step inside you are welcomed and offered a beverage. Isaac was very informative and helpful. We took some items to get fixed and the work was quick and perfect. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend going to Diamond Jim’s Pineforest Jewelry Experience! Me and my boyfriend planned to stop by and look around since a location recently opened near us. I didn’t know what to expect but was interested in looking to see the Jewelry! Both the jewelry selection and the staff were incredible! They were very helpful and so friendly. There was a variety of high end jewelry like rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches and trinkets. They had a repair center and a “man cave” in the store incase you need any repairs or if anybody wants to relax while waiting for you to finish browsing. I ended up leaving with a cupcake jewelry holder that came with a necklace and my boyfriend got a bracelet. Overall great experience and will be the first of many visits! They also had complimentary cookies and juice and were dog-friendly! (although I did have my dog in a stroller)
