Sign in to reviewGot a pedicure while visiting the city and it wasn't the best I've had...the water was barely lukewarm and both my big toes got cut while she was cutting my cuticles. They just stung for awhile but now 2 days later they have visible scabs where she cut them. If there was a massage included it was a simple 5 minute sugar scrub. It was about the same price I've paid for every pedicure I've had at other places before but came with a lot less and I've never left in pain before either. They also charged me for callous treatment which was just hand brushing them with a scouring sponge for a couple minutes — which again is a lot less than what I've experienced elsewhere. They do have regular customers so it may have just been the stylist I had and my experience may not reflect on the business as a whole but this was my experience.
I love going to Diane’s! I was never a regular at a nail salon until finding out about Diane’s Nails Care on Haight. My nails never chip and last a long time despite them being natural. Tracy is very kind and provides helpful insights when I’m unsure of colors. You can see that nail care and details are taken care of here!
I only come here for my nails and Tracy always does an amazing job! All of the ladies are so kind. I enjoy each appointment because of how attentive, sweet, and talented these ladies are!
I can’t stop staring at my beautiful nails after my manicure here! This is the very best manicure I’ve had here in San Francisco. I gave Tracy some photos and she was able to make my fingers look even better than the photos! They were also meticulous about cleaning and trimming every micron of my cuticles, and yet somehow there was no redness or bleeding! I did nail tips, but she made them look incredibly natural and smooth—and she gave me tips for how to gradually grow out my nails so someday I won’t need tips. The pedicure was also great! I almost hesitate to leave a review as I want to keep this place to myself. But I can’t be selfish! Thank you!
Me and my friends came here to get our nails done and they did an amazing job!! Not only that but we brought a bottle of champagne and the sweet lady who does toes went across the street to get the restaurant to open it for us!! The staff here are sooo soo sweet.
