While waiting on our train, we walked to find a nice breakfast spot. Stumbled upon District. Very nice and clean on the inside. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken & honey buttered biscuit with Gouda Cheese Grits. I requested the hot honey sauce on the side. The chicken was flavored and the buttery honey biscuit was soft, melts in your mouth. The cheese grits were pretty good they could have been warmer. Definitely recommend for good food and service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The DISTRICT Downtown Diner The DISTRICT Downtown Diner was such a great find right in the heart of downtown. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, which set the tone for a really enjoyable meal. I ordered the chicken and pancakes—a fun twist on the classic chicken and waffles—and I’m officially a fan. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy with those crisp edges that let you know they were done right. The chicken was seasoned beautifully and had so much flavor it could easily shine on its own or in any dish. I loved every bite. There were several other dishes on the menu that caught my eye, so I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more. This spot is definitely worth a visit if you’re downtown and craving comfort food done well.

I stopped here for breakfast while on a business trip, as the Hot Chicken & Honey Butter biscuit was recommended by my coworkers. It did not disappoint!! It's made up of a sweet buttermilk biscuit, spicy fried chicken breast and honey butter. A hot latte topped off the meal nicely. The server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a nice, upscale diner atmosphere. Wonderful place!

I’ve been to every location that District has. This has by far been the best looking location. The atmosphere of this specific location still has that modern industrial NOLA downtown charm but with more parking and room inside. The service staff are nice and are super attentive to my fat back needs and concerns. I’m sure it wouldn’t have had been no issues at all if I ordered everything on the menu, lol that’s the good ol NOLA charm I miss when I’m not here. Anyway, my reviews for this establishment is always going to biased so I’ll end it here. I’ll be back to this location to actually sit down and enjoy the vibes.

Rasheed, my server, was cool as can be...the food (BLT) was other worldly especially if you like real bacon! I was there at a dead time of day, so the atmosphere was a bit flat. The music was excellent and played at the perfect volume. I had an Americano to wake me back up after that enormous sandwich and Mimosa! An excellent spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! I sat down for mine, but there is a to go counter. I will take donuts to go for the morning!
