Been a customer of theirs for the last seven years I had my wedding ring custom made both mine and my wife’s there was a delay in the time one time where we were gonna have our wedding ring done before our actual wedding that they lent us two $5000 rings so we can have for a wedding which was kind of crazy and I appreciate it at that time.. there’s times where I need a small repairs or a battery replacement on a watch and since I’ve been a customer of theirs for so long, they don’t even charge for those services sometimes much appreciated.. I went there today and got my watchband replaced at no charged. That’s why I may be returning Customer.

I’ve been using Dynasty Diamond Jewelers for quite a while now, and I truly appreciate their excellent service and craftsmanship. The first time I visited, they repaired the band on my antique diamond ring, and they did a beautiful job restoring it. Recently, I went back to have the ring resized since my knuckle has gotten a bit bigger with age, and once again, their work was precise and carefully done. Steven is always very professional, patient, and kind. He takes the time to explain the process and makes sure everything is just right, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. I also had the opportunity to sell some of my old, unused jewelry and was able to exchange it for a beautiful diamond ring that I can wear every day. I’m so happy with the result. I cannot recommend Dynasty Jewelers highly enough! I originally stopped by to help me clean and restore my late father’s brass belt buckle. They couldn’t have been more helpful with their genuineness and honesty. I decided to ask about resizing my 20k gold wedding ring and was immediately impressed by their honesty and customer service. They said I could come in the next day have have it done while the tech was there. When it came to my ring, they carefully explained the resizing process, took the time to answer all my questions, and quoted a very fair price. When I returned, they actually charged less than originally quoted. The workmanship was outstanding. My ring was resized perfectly, the engraving was fully preserved, and they polished it so beautifully that it looks better than it has in years. I was in and out in 20 minutes. It’s rare to find a family-owned business that combines this level of craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine kindness. They treated my jewelry with care and treated me with respect from start to finish. I went into their store looking for a necklace and pendant for my youngest brother's graduation / leaving for the military. George and his son Steve are very kind and genuine, they are real people. Their main goal is customer relationships and I left there feeling like family. I felt zero pressure and they even encouraged me to shop around. I didn't have much to spend and they graciously helped me figure a price that I could afford on a quality piece of jewelry. I am very happy with the st Christopher pendant for my little bro to keep him safe on his journey. Talking with the father / son duo made really appreciate my late father. George gave me some fatherly words of encouragement in my endeavors that realy meant a lot to me. I visited every jewelr in the mall and hands down, they have the best quality and friendly atmosphere in the entire place, no contest. 10 / 10 . The team at Dynasty took great care of me and my fiance. They helped us custom design our engagement ring and wedding bands and they worked with us until they were exactly what we wanted (I am very detail oriented and they were able to implement all of my feedback and requests).
