I only had to wait about 3–4 days for the parts to arrive, and they finished the repair the very next day. Their communication was great throughout the whole process, they kept me updated and answered all my questions and concerns. These guy are life savers! My engine went out on my Mercedes and I knew if I took it to the dealership they would want a lung and a kidney to get it fixed. So I called around to some shops and EC Auto had the best quote. My guy Alejandro took great care of me! He was prompt and super responsive anytime I reached out with questions. The entire staff was professional and they gave us top notch customer service. My car was fixed in the time they promised and I was back on the road in a few days.
