Elixir Nails and Spa is listed on FindALoco in Phoenix, AZ with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Nail Salon.

Elixir Nails and Spa is a nail salon at 2211 W Camelback Rd #172 in Phoenix, AZ. It offers nail appointments for people looking for services such as gel manicures, acrylic nail work, full sets, and fills. Whether you are replacing a broken nail or planning a fresh manicure, it can help to explain the result you want before the service begins and confirm the details with your nail technician. The salon’s location on West Camelback Road makes it a Phoenix option to consider when comparing nearby nail care businesses.

Customer experiences are mixed, and the available rating is 3.8 stars from 264 reviews. Some reviewers describe a positive visit with a technician who was patient, professional, and attentive to their preferences. One returning customer praised Nick for listening carefully, making conversation feel comfortable, and delivering a manicure they were happy with; another reviewer said their daughter also enjoyed her appointment with him. These comments may be useful for guests who value clear communication and a friendly, relaxed interaction while getting their nails done.

Other reviews raise concerns that are worth considering. Customers have reported dissatisfaction with acrylic application, including work that needed to be redone, as well as pressure to choose services they did not request. One reviewer questioned whether tools were properly sanitized, while another described a concern involving charges and loyalty points. These are individual customer accounts, not a guarantee of what you will experience, but they point to practical questions to ask before starting: confirm the service and total price, discuss how the finished nails should look, and feel comfortable asking about tool sanitation. If a repair or a particular technique is important, explain that clearly at the outset.

The salon may suit Phoenix residents seeking a gel manicure or acrylic service and who appreciate the chance to communicate directly with their technician about shape, length, and finish. Reviews suggest that experiences can differ by appointment and technician, so requesting a technician whose work you trust, if available, may be helpful. If timing matters, consider allowing enough time for the service: one reviewer mentioned an extra wait, while another described leaving before an unsatisfactory appointment was complete. A quick confirmation of the service plan and expected timing can help set expectations.

Elixir Nails and Spa is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. For anyone comparing nail salons in Phoenix, the most useful approach is to review the service you need, ask about pricing and timing, and share any preferences before work begins. The feedback includes both appreciative repeat customers and critical experiences, so arriving with clear expectations can help you decide whether this Camelback Road salon is the right fit for your next manicure or acrylic appointment.

I went to get a gel manicure and needed acrylic on two nails that I broke. I was there for an hour and had to leave early before it was finished because the work was done so poorly. The manicurist had to redo the acrylic twice, and didn’t know how to glue the fake nail on underneath. You might not be able to see but they weren’t fully glued down before the acrylic went on top. Besides the length and shape not matching my other nails, I now have acrylic stuck to my skin, cuticles, and completely jammed under my nails. I paid 15$ for this. I don’t mean to be rude and I have never posted a bad review before, but this was just not a good experience. And on top of all of this, I went there with a friend who wanted a full set. She sat next to me the entire hour and no one helped her or began to work on her nails even tho there were two available manicurists sitting at their desks on their phones.

The nail tech Eric will scam you. He uses your points for his own discount after you have already paid-cash. He charges you $70 for a fill and full set. He makes them thin enough so you go back to the nail salon within a week. He’s not honest. This is coming from a customer who had always tipped him +$20. People aren’t as good as you are, doesn’t mean you take advantage, and if you do- dwell the consequences. Not even at the nail salon- can you wish for respect even after building a +8yr rapport- yet alone hope for honor, decency, respect. It’s gross how money rules the world.

Nick did a wonderful job. He is really professional at what he does and has great with his customer. He can hold up a conversation its basically like talking to a friend and makes you feel comfortable. This is my second time going to him and had wonderful experience again for the second time. I highly recommend him to anyone. His work is really great and he takes his time just checking each nail and seeing if their are any imperfections and fixes them right away. Excellent!!! I will definitely go to him again.

Nick is my #1 guy when it comes to manicures. He is patient and understanding on how I want my nails done. He is polite, funny and caring. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to establish a good manicurist. My daughter has just recently gotten her nails done with him too and is in love with how it came out.

I got a full set acrylic. They kept trying to convince me to get something I wasn't interested in getting. The tools used on me were not sanitized because she took them out of the package and was clearly not new and open. The lady that did them was lovely and very friendly. I did have to wait extra time for her to come which was fine. Umm.... But the final outcome.... Not to my liking nothing was flush with my cuticle in other words it looks like I am due a fill. The polish looks the same like I have been wearing it for a while. The under nail acrylic is rough. The polish is sloppy, it's on my skin. I expect if I am paying $30+ for a service I should get what I paid for not a service that looks like a beginner for $15. I will not be back.
