I’m so happy I found this hidden gem in San Francisco! It’s conveniently located and easy to get to, right by the Powell Street BART station. Malysay has created such a calming, beautiful, and truly professional space. The zero-gravity chairs make every service incredibly relaxing—I always end up falling asleep. I absolutely love the Dazzle Dry pedicure; it feels so luxurious and is something I genuinely look forward to every single month. Her manicures are just as amazing, and she does an exceptional job with cat-eye and chrome designs. I always leave feeling pampered and obsessed with my nails!

I cannot recommend Enchanted enough. Malysay consistently provides the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had, and truly the best I’ve found in San Francisco! From the moment you arrive, she is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She is always on time, creates such a relaxing atmosphere, and takes the time to genuinely ask what you want rather than rushing through the appointment. Every service feels thoughtful, and customized. She is fluent in TikTok chrome nails ;). The entire experience is exceptional from the unbelievably comfortable chairs to the attention to detail throughout the pedicure itself. You can tell Malysay takes pride in her work and cares deeply about her clients. I always leave feeling, pampered, and completely satisfied with the results. If you're looking for a pedicure that is both relaxing and expertly done, Enchanted is the place to go. Malysay has set the standard for what a great pedicure should be, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Loved my experience here! Malysay pays incredible attention to detail with both manicures and pedicures, and you can really tell she cares about the quality of her work. The chair is also unbelievably comfortable and made the whole appointment feel so relaxing. I’ve gotten both a pedicure and a gel cat-eye manicure here, and both turned out amazing. I recently had my second appointment with Malysay and I’m honestly really glad I found her, her studio has a very cozy vibe and feels a lot more private compared to bigger nail salons, which I personally appreciated a lot as someone who’s more introverted. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to, while still being super professional, you can tell she really takes her time with her work and cares about the overall experience, everything felt clean, organized, and comfortable without feeling overly formal. I got the Enhance mani/pedi and the massage portion was genuinely really relaxing. Overall the whole experience felt calm, welcoming, and professional, definitely looking forward to going back.

The nail tech you wish you found sooner! Malysay is THE best! As a massage therapist I need to keep my nails short and looking their best and Malysay helps me do that. This is my time to relax and enjoy someone taking care of my hands and feet. I love the full service with the wax treatment and foot and hand massage, the foot massage is my favorite! I am lucky enough to have my massage studio right around the corner from Malysay and love to stop by for a mani/pedi as often as I can. You've gotta check her out, she is amazing!
