I could not be happier with their watch repair services. My little nephew bought me a old Oris automatic watch at a Antique store for my birthday. It wasn't working or running. I took it to a few places in Vegas that told me they could not repair it. So I was really worried it couldn't be repaired. But then I brought it to Forever Jewelers. Eveyone was so nice to me. They examined my watch very carefully and told me it could be fixed. They explained everything to me and after a few days, it was repaired, serviced and running!!!!! I can not wait to show my little nephew. I am so amazed and grateful to Forever Jewelers. Thank you so much!!!!!

CONSUMERS BEWARE:Take your business elsewhere!!!! I brought my watch in for servicing in September, which cost $250. The main reason for the service was to ensure its smooth operation and prevent any issues. However, the service took longer than the quoted timeframe, which was annoying but could be overlooked. Fast forward to December 29, and I brought my watch in because I had three new issues that were not present before the service. The eight Roman numeral fell out of the face to the glass, the crystal was swapped out for a lower-quality one, and the hand would move by itself, misaligning the time. I brought my watch in today to get these issues resolved, as it was stated that if there were any issues with the service or the movement, I could bring it back in. I dropped it off and was called an hour later to inform me that it was not covered under the service. I’ve had this watch for over four years without any issues, except for the few months after the service performed by Forever Jewelers. Now, I have three new issues with the business refusing to take responsibility for their craftsmanship. They told me that if I wanted the issue fixed, it would cost me an additional $250, which is not even considering the replacement glass crystal.

I want to correct several inaccuracies in this response. I just left a review and it is not allowing me to respond to their response. “Tori beach” I was never abusive, disrespectful, or yelling either on the phone or in person. Throughout this process, I simply tried to get updates on a memorial pendant that was extremely important to me. The CAD I received on June 3 was not correct and was also missing the front and back engraving that had been discussed. I was asking for the design to match what had been ordered, not making endless changes. The correct CAD design should have been done from the beginning, as that is the entire purpose of placing an order and finalizing a design before production. The statement that a refund was issued the same day is also inaccurate. I was initially told there was an issue with the card machine and that I would need to be refunded through Zelle. I then had to return to the store because I never received a response regarding my Zelle information. The refund was not completed until several days later. What disappointed me most was not the delay itself, but the way I was treated when trying to address concerns about a meaningful memorial piece for my dog. This pendant was something very personal to me, and I expected professionalism and honest communication throughout the process. Additionally, several statements in their response appear to misrepresent what actually occurred and seem intended to make their handling of the situation look better than it was. Describing me as abusive or claiming that the refund was issued immediately does not reflect my experience or the documented timeline. Rather than acknowledging the mistakes that were made, their response shifts responsibility and presents an inaccurate version of events. I believe it is important that the facts be represented honestly so others can make informed decisions based on what actually happened. Zero STARS! Take your business elsewhere! Not honest people!
