Mike and Andrew have been our tax guys for the last ten years about. From us being underpaid employees to now owning our own business, mike and Andrew have been there every step of the way. If you need guys who know how to file, know how to communicate with the government, who are constantly updating themselves on new laws and procedures, don’t even question it. This small shop does big things. I dread the day they close shop!!
Where do I even begin? Without Jack, I do not know where my business would currently be! I had a pretty bad experience with a previous CPA and honestly should've listened to my gut instinct. That can be an awfully unsettling feeling for anyone, but even more so for a self employed, small business owner. About a year ago, I called Jack after being highly referred by my cousin - who is also also a business owner. In a complete stressful panic, I basically begged for him to call me. He very graciously called me back (it felt like nearly right away & on a weekend mind you) and just completely eased my nerves. So professional, kind, personable and helpful. My gosh, he truly was my saving grace. He then took immediate action and worked on fixing the nonsense my previous CPA got me in to. He has very, very patiently walked me through all the necessary steps over the last year that were needed to take moving forward. It's been really nice to have someone to consult with and make sure I'm making the right decisions for my company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how fantastic Jack & his entire staff is! Oh and I also forgot to mention, I'm about 2.5 hours away and have been able to do all communication virtually & over the phone - An awesome advantage for me, a very busy Mom & like I mentioned, a business owner! :) Again, I will always be so grateful for just how well he took care of me that first initial interaction. These guys are the Absolute Best! I had a very Big problem with the IRS . Like a 7 Figure problem! After going through a few garnishments and much back and forth with the IRS for years! They fixed the problem! They are very professional and put me completely at ease . I cannot describe how good it feels to not be living with the fear of opening a bank account or buying something and knowing that it can’t be taken away from me! I know that I am not the only person that has gone through or is going through that. If you are I highly recommend FSA ! I actually am looking forward to doing my taxes this year, lol !
