After a few recommendations and reading the reviews I felt safe taking it to Gemma’s. They were very kind, got it done in one day and did a great job. It looks brand new despite being 20 years old. Margarita was so sweet during my multiple interactions with her, she made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands! The other staff were always very welcoming as well. I had three very important rings serviced, sized, and appraised. She was patient with all of my questions and the pieces came out beautifully! I’ll definitely be going back and recommend Gemma’s if you’re looking for a jeweler.
