Sign in to reviewWe love Gold Time! We get all of our gold here. Grillz, necklaces, bracelet, anklets, rings and most recently our wedding bands. I even lost a stone on my honeymoon and they were able to fix it in a few days. They are very affordable with excellent service. Highly recommend!
I brought my wife’s rings here to be repaired, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. It felt like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. The rings were missing some diamonds, so we brought them in for repairs. After picking them up, the diamonds fell out the very same day, and one of the rings was slightly bent. I returned to have them fix it again—and was charged for it. Then, I was told the rings were ready, but when I arrived, they weren’t. The manager offered no real help or solutions. On top of that, we had asked for the white gold ring to be dipped in yellow gold, and it’s back to white gold again. I’ll never be returning here. Extremely disappointing experience.
One of the links on my white and gold bracelet was broken. I browsed the area for who would give me the best deal, so I brought it to them to get fixed. I received a call about a week or so later and it looks like brand new! Thank yall!
Diego was extremely helpful and patient with me when I went in to replace the watch battery. Once we figured out the battery was not the problem he insisted I did not pay and was just there to help. Another time I went in to fix a strap and he asked me once again that it was a minor job but I insisted on paying that time. Really goes out of his way to help!
Came back after having an issue with my jewelry. They worked to make me whole and ensure I was ultimately happy with my purchase. They were kind and patient about it which definitely means a lot.
