Sign in to reviewWent to the spa for neck and shoulder tension due to construction work recently years. My therapist provided me a deep tissue massage in order to get rid out of pain and I felt very amazing and relaxing after the session. I never had such relief before.
Please don’t be discouraged by any of the comments in any of the reviews! This gem of a neighborhood place offers Traditional Chinese Foot Massage. Please note that I said Traditional and Chinese. Almost everything you hear people complaining about in their review reviews reflect cultural differences, and nothing more! I have been getting Chinese Foot Massage for over 20 years and these folks are some of the best in the business! Incredibly fair pricing as well! If it’s a high-end, woo woo, California Spa you’re looking for, this is not the place for you. Do yourself a favor though. Set aside how Your idea of exactly how things should be, make a point to communicate if you want more or less pressure, and then enjoy! Do yourself a favor and go see these ladies today!
Absolutely NOT a place to relax. I had one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had here. There is zero privacy—just thin sheets separating the massage tables, so you can hear everything happening around you. The staff seemed completely uninterested in creating a peaceful environment. Phone ringers were going off, and they were talking loudly to each other throughout the session. The worst part? While I was still mid-massage, a client finished and the entire staff gathered in the reception area right next to me and had a full-blown, incredibly loud conversation. I actually had to ask them to lower their voices. This was the opposite of a “relax center.” Terrible customer service and total disregard for the customer’s experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects your time, money, and need for peace. Avoid this place.
On the 17th of May, my wife and I both needed foot massages after an 8 mile walk. We made an appointment for 8 pm. Both of us agreed that the massages were excellent. We are both very familiar with Thai massage. This shop does Chinese massage. It, too, is very good but very different.
(Formerly Perfection Foot Massage) Judy is indeed a miracle worker. She has an incredible sense of what my body needs and where. The atmosphere is simple, yet clean and inviting. Spending a lot of time on my feet is something I wish other therapists would do, but it’s built in to the massage here, which I couldn’t be happier about. Each time she’s finished, I’m planning the next time I can come get a massage. 💆🏼♀️
