Me and my roomate have been going here frequently for the past 7 months and it’s always so good, fast, and has amazing customer service. Super nice and caring employees, it’s always a pleasant hassle free time picking up food from here. Eggrolls are my fav ! They also save your phone number as a contact so you’re never asked your name otp or at pick up, which I find is a really nice touch of accommodation

I had a very disappointing and honestly unsettling experience at Green Tea on S Claiborne & Napoleon. I ordered two lunch specials to go. After leaving and getting into my car, I opened my food and was about to take a bite of the boneless chicken when I noticed what appeared to be a strand of hair hanging from the food. At that point, I immediately turned around and went back to the restaurant—I was only about 3 minutes away. When I went inside and explained the situation, the cashier called the owner from the kitchen. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he asked me to find the hair and show it to him. I actually started looking through the food for a moment, digging through the rice, before realizing how unreasonable that request was. I’m not about to dig through my meal trying to locate a single strand of hair like it’s a needle in a haystack. I then simply requested a refund, which he refused unless I could physically produce the hair. That response alone was enough for me. I left the food on the counter and walked out. As a business owner myself, I would never handle a situation like that. It’s not about the $12-it’s about basic customer service and accountability. The way this was handled made it clear they don’t value their customers. I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before ordering from here.

First time dining in. I had to order and then seat myself. I kinda thought there would be people dining in but it was empty. Probably since COVID a lot of people prefer take out. Anywho, I ordered the wonton soup and boneless chicken with house lomein. The soup was hot, the dumplings seemed to be rewarmed and my wontons weren’t that fresh. The dark meat boneless chicken was battered with panki instead of the traditional battered. The chicken was dry and a bit stringy.
