I went Monday 3/16/2026 I picked 4 wigs 1. Was curly black at roots and red at bottom shoulder length 2. Was dark brown curly braid across front shoulder length 3. Black curly shoulder length 4. Dark brown with bang and straight flipped curls, the older dark skin lady with glasses say You go try on all 4 I said Yes I gotta choose one because I have event at state capitol tomorrow and another appointment Wednesday, She had Me purchase 2 stocking caps because She said only try on 3 wig to 1 cap, She proceeded to help Me I ended up choosing the dark brown wig with braid across the front I asked for a 1b She got it held it, then We put the Wigs back in place I ask where blue wig spray was she pointed to the isle I grab it met Her upfront We continued talk a little then She mentioned how black people are not wanting to leave their bag upfront because a lady had refused and got upset, I agreed with her about leaving large bags upfront, I finished checking out and went to Dollartree nextdoor then caught Lyft back home. I was home about an hour or so opened the wig pull it out it was a short 4 inch Afro type wig with braid across the front I immediately called the store 1:06pm a younger sounding girl was very rude kept yelling All sales final no returns I said I don’t want money I just want the correct shoulder length wig I chose I said the older lady gave Me wrong wig she kept yelling All Sales final I ask for manager She say no manager here. I couldn’t get back to the store I wore a old drawstring ponytail to The luncheon at the State Capitol the next day then to My appointment Wednesday, I took Lyft back to Beauty supply the older lady there by herself I ask to leave their bag upfront wig at the counter she say yes I told her I need to look at wigs I went and got the dark brown wig with braid across the front brung it to her and ask her look at wig in bag I told her She gave Me the wrong wig Monday She say no You try on 2 wig with braid across front I said No I didn’t it was only 1 with braid and it was shoulder length and I ask You for a 1b We continued on talking She even accused Me choosing short wig got home didn’t like it I said Why You lying Maam You know I didn’t try on short wig all 4 were shoulder length I let her know I was recording I told her I’m gonna go to court and God gonna deal with her I said You complained about how Black people act when they come in but look how You lie and treat Me You know You wrong, I paid $49.99 for a Wig short like Afro I can’t wear it was her mistake She give Me the wrong wig. I don’t advise Anyone to shop this store the older woman is dishonest person. I included the video and I went back and recorded all 4 wigs I tried on. I’m Disabled Mom I don’t have $50 to give away it was her mistake She could’ve easily corrected its bad how were done in Our Neighborhoods.
