Massage is a central part of the experience described by customers. Reviewers mention sessions focused on areas such as the neck, shoulders, and back, including attention to soreness and tension. One guest visiting Phoenix sought a chance to decompress and described a therapist working carefully on discomfort after strength training. Another appreciated that the therapist took time with a neck and shoulder concern, checked in throughout the appointment, and included attention to tired feet. These accounts suggest that guests can communicate what they would like the session to address and appreciate a practitioner who listens and adapts. Individual experiences vary, so guests with specific needs can discuss them with the spa when arranging a visit.
Facials are another service that customers specifically mention. One reviewer who gets facials regularly praised an esthetician’s technique and the facial massage, and noted a relaxing scalp and shoulder massage as part of the appointment. That feedback may appeal to someone seeking a facial experience that includes time to unwind, as well as skincare-focused care. Reviews also describe staff as polite, patient, helpful, and friendly from arrival through departure. For a first-time visitor, clear communication and attentive service can make it easier to settle in and explain preferences before a treatment begins.

My sisters treated me to a massage for my birthday, and I must say—it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was beyond wonderful. The staff were polite, patient, professional, very communicative, helpful, and friendly. Berlinda, the technician who attended to me, was phenomenal—I even managed to get a quick yet deeply relaxing nap 😪 during the session. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.
I just had a facial with Sage, and it was amazing! I get facials regularly, so I’ve experienced a lot of different estheticians, and Sage truly stood out. Her technique was incredible, and the facial massage was one of the best I’ve had. She also included a relaxing scalp and shoulder massage that made the whole experience even better. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her!
I was in town visiting and decided to get a massage to decompress. Q was my assigned Massage Therapist and she did an AMAZING job. I'm a powerlifter and had some tweaks in my upper and lower back from training. Had been dealing with pain and soreness for weeks because of them. She was able to work some magic because this is the best I've felt in WEEKS. would 1000% recommend her. So go ahead and book your appointment and ask for "Q".
I went in with a crook in my neck and shoulder and he was able to work it out. He took his time and focused on that area for me and even saved time to massage my tired feet at the end. He made sure to check in with me throughout out the massage to ensure the problem area was getting better. I left feeling ten times better. Thank you!
I really wanted to like hand and stone massage. I have heard good things about it and didn’t have the time for a full time spa but simply just needed an hour reset. They were offering an introductory offer and it was going to be about $150 with tip. I added hand massage and scalp massage to the intro offer. First, there is something mixed up with your Google Maps and I wasn’t paying attention and walked into the Massage Envy place in the same shopping center. They ac try ally told me that it happens all of the time. So, this made me about 7 minutes late. I arrive and the front desk staff was just “off”. I needed to do onboarding forms first but they were cumbersome and didn’t make sense. It took about 5 minutes to explain to me how to complete the forms then another 5 to complete the forms. By that time it was about 15 minutes into the appointment time. My masseuse took about 5 minutes to get the massage going. What was frustrating was that instead of doing the right thing, the total massage time was only about 30 minutes and it was to the point, like clock was being watched And it was exact. The masseuse wasn’t into the massage, usually using elbow. My hand massage turned into a foot lathering and my head massage lasted no more than 10 seconds. There was frustration that it was at a “lower massage rate” than normal. Conversation was choppy at best and forced and I was moved around like a rehearsed treatment with little intentional care or massage. When departing, all he kept saying on repeat was “I hope to see you again soon” x 5. The guy at the front desk wanted to make sure he got a 20% tip on the total non promotional value of the massage (which I did) and then tried to sell me on a membership. I guess the most frustrating thing about my experience is that in a place that is meant to be a calming/caring place, it was the opposite. However, the store was beautiful, the rooms were comphy, table was nice, oils were good and it was clean. Service and staff at this location just didn’t fit with the concept during my visit.
