Harry Winston Via Bellagio Shops

After being totally energized after the Jennifer Lopez concert in March, by fluke my fiancé and I walked into the gorgeous Harry Winston store at the Bellagio Shops. We were graciously greeted by Bobby Martinez and felt immediately welcomed there. 5-stars definitely doesn’t come close to represent his service, he went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We had spent months looking for wedding bands and found our perfect match at the store…the Platinum Infinite Bands. They were the width that we had been seeking and it was truly meant to be that Bobby had our sizes (unusual to have a 9.5 and a 7.5 in stock)!! Bobby’s follow-up with us was truly impeccable!! He was completely knowledgeable, professional, kind and authentically cared about us that our wedding would be flawless. We will never forget the beautiful experience that Bobby created for us.

Wanted to try the pink lotus watch in the Harry Winston Premier collection. Very disappointed to see that the color of the flower petals look drastically different from the stock photo on their official website. The red petals online looked orange in person. The sales informed me it’s an individual variation, meaning that this is a one-off scenario where only this particular watch’s color is off. However, I went to another Harry Winston store later on and saw another pink lotus watch also orange. This time I was told that the orange color is the true color of the watch, regardless of how many more I see. I’m very disappointed by how far the stock photo is from representing the actual color of the watch.

I walked into Harry Winston Las Vegas just to look around — no appointment, no expectations — and ended up having one of the best luxury retail experiences I’ve ever had. Bobby Martinez was the one who helped me, and from the first moment, he was everything you’d hope for in someone representing a brand like Harry Winston: warm, attentive, and effortlessly knowledgeable. He didn’t just show me jewelry — he walked me through each piece like it had a story, giving me space to take it in while still offering insight that made everything feel personal. Even though I wasn’t buying today, he treated the interaction with total care and professionalism. No pressure, no rush — just a calm, confident presence that made me feel like I belonged there. If you’re visiting Vegas and even thinking about something special, go see Bobby. He made an ordinary day feel extraordinary — and that’s the kind of service you don’t forget.

Very unwelcoming. I asked to see a ring and they looked me up and down and kind of were rude. Better to buy jewelry from van cleef/graff/bvlgari/cartier as they provide a really good experience
