Guests dealing with neck and shoulder tightness from desk work have described leaving feeling lighter, looser, and noticeably more relaxed. Some customers mention coming back over a period of months, which suggests a steady base of repeat visitors who feel comfortable returning for ongoing relief and relaxation.

Sign in to reviewI have been coming here since the past few months, my experenice was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walk in, the staff takes the time to ask about my preferred pressure and any areas that need extra attention, which makes each session feel personalized and thoughtful.I have tried most of the massage therapist there, and honestly, every one of them has been great—skilled, professional, and you can tell they really put in the effort. It never feels rushed, and they genuinely seem to care about doing a good job. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I’ll definitely continue coming back and confidently recommend this place to friends. BTW I also love they run a lot of promotions, it definitely helps me save a bit each time I come in.
I’ve been dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder tension from work and decided to give Healing Shiatsu a try. The therapist was very attentive and adjusted the pressure based on what my body needed. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed. The space was clean, quiet, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.
This place was phenomenal, and I consider myself a massage connoisseur. I went with my best friend. I had David and he was perfect. Great amount of pressure. Strong, but not the kind where you feel like you are grimacing! I have a lot of tension so I do need firm. He was focused the entire time. He was professional and I really appreciated the hot towels! It is no frills, but clean and my best friend had the owner, Linda. She raved about her as well. Linda was lovely when I called to make the appointments. She was not pushy at all. I actually heard about the place when I was in line at a place on Fillmore and the lady talked about how great the place was (that you can ask for anyone) and they really got into her shoulders. Very affordable and I will be purchasing the package. I didn't have any weird experience re: the tips. I tipped on the full price even though I received a discount, and bc David was so great I tipped > 20%.
Very unprofessional. The massage was poor quality, no real technique, just light scratching with nails and surface touching. My feet were not actually massaged at all, and the head massage was uncomfortable. Also, I was repeatedly pressured to leave a tip at the end, which felt very inappropriate and unpleasant. Would not recommend.
I love this place! The people are kind and low-key. It feels casual and unpretentious. It’s not fancy- so if you need that, it’s not for you. I always feel like butter when I leave. I am surprised by all the complaints about tips. The prices are low compared to other places, it makes sense to me— and if it means more money goes directly to the massage therapist, even better!
