AMAZING customer service! I went today and the owner was very knowledgeable when it came to black hair products and giving us recommendations. She was very nice and had a positive attitude. The store was very organized and well kept!

At first they said hi and I was thinking they were going to be nice like always because I’ve been going to the store for years but I noticed that every time I went the girl with braids in the front would be the one being nice to me or the Asian lady that works at the register as well but instead this time I simply asked the male worker that asked me if I needed help when I walked in if there was any frontal closers and he told me that there are no closers “for me” and that it wouldn’t match with my hair color, mind you I just needed a black 12 inch closure to make a wig so it wouldn’t have been going on my hair anyway but even if I did need the closure to match with natural hair it’s already 1b black just like the closures he had so I don’t know what he meant by not for me and it doesn’t match me????? I then proceeded to look at the closure I found MYSELF and specifically wanted to but then he came up to me and practically yelled and aggressively pointed to the words on the pack of hair I was holding that it was a free closure and that you could only part it one way and repeating it again and again as if I didn’t know English or wasn’t from here which is really rude and made me feel as if he thought I was stupid which in my opinion I know more hair than him so I told him I will go to another store and he swore I put the pack of hair in the wrong place not back where I got it from but he realized I was right and he just seemed like he was trying to pick at me for no reason so I walked out immediately and he followed me to the car and said that I was crazy and to never come back even tho I did nothing except try to prove my point that the closure would match me and work for me

A full beauty supply store. They are customer oriented and give discounts to braiders to encourage more patronage. They have fair pricing too

Customer service sucks I contacted the store for a price of dark and lovely permanent dye. Told me I have to come in for him to give me the price that he can't do that over the phone. Will not drive all the way there just for them to tell me the price of an item to which I might not want to buy
