Sign in to reviewPulled up to a hibachi food truck after a game of pool and honestly didn’t expect much—just wanted a quick bite. But the moment I walked up, the smell of garlic and fresh food cooking had me locked in. Watching them make a fresh batch of fried rice and grill the meats right in front of me made it clear this wasn’t your typical fast food spot. I started with the trio burrito 🌯 and it absolutely delivered—flavor-packed and cooked perfectly. It was so good I had to double back and grabbed a plate with filet mignon, shrimp, and salmon. Everything was on point. Pro tip: get extra sauces and don’t skip the garlic butter—it takes everything to another level. Yeah, it’s a bit pricier than your average fast food, but you’re getting fresh, high-quality ingredients and legit hibachi cooking. With the cost of food these days, it makes sense. Definitely worth it.
Second time stopping by, and I am very impressed, the attitude and service is great and food is delicious. Was skeptical at first but glad I stopped by. Chicken burrito one day and Steak and Shrimp with vegetables and hibachi sauce on point. I do recommend stopping by, but be careful, parking is not very good or plentiful.
My friend brought me here he says he comes all the time. I read some of the reviews and I was bit apprehensive but as my friend was here ordering I thought I would too. I ordered the chicken plate it was really good lots of chicken rice and vegetables the garlic butter was really good. I will defo come here again. My boy got the combo steak and chicken plate and he was so full he couldn't finish it he will have some for later. We're both full both happy. I'm Hella picky too
I was recently in Daley City and tried this place. Food is really good, but the prices are rediculous for what you get. It is a bit less than sit down hibachi prices, yet you don’t any of that type of service. 30$(with tip) for a food truck experience is just cringe. I think their business model is off. 😬
I won’t be back. Really wanted to like this place since I love hibachi but this place was a swing and a miss. Everything went wrong. Price was super high for what you get. I got the chicken plate. Nowhere did it mention that it came with mushrooms. The small portion of chicken was half mushrooms and half chicken. If I had known, I would have asked for them to take them out. The chicken was cut into tiny, tiny pieces. I had to fish them out. Vegetables were soggy, too. Zucchini was on the mushy side. The rice had a decent taste but they loaded it up with oil. There was a liquid residue left in the dish. I will say the chicken had a good taste to it, and that was the only redeeming quality, but as I said, it was a little portion and small pieces.
