I recently moved to TX and had to polish my engagement ring before my wedding, not only did they teach me how to properly clean my ring but also stayed back an extra hour to polish my ring in time cause I did not know how to clean my ring correctly. They made sure I can see the serial numbers on my diamond through the scope and it looked so amazingly bright and shiny and ready to wear after it was finished being polished!
