Linh is the cat eye master! I came in with an old "cat eye" gel manicure I got from another nearby salon that had grown out — I knew after Linh (and most of the folks working in the salon that day 🤣) looked it over that I was gonna LEARN that day. Linh took her time and did me over meticulously. The manicure I ended up with is my Bigfoot; I always wish for this whenever I ask for cat eye, and this is the first time I've gotten it. Worth every penny! As of April 2026, I paid $95 before tip for gel removal, cat eye gel mani (I think cat eye is $20 extra) and a basic pedicure (which, excitingly, included a hot stone massage and paraffin wax — usually costs extra at other places).

Great gel-x removal and gel mani with a same day apt. Easy scheduling, clean space, and kind staff. Located in a great area of the Mission for walkabout before / after.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I called ahead to confirm walk-ins for a regular manicure and was told yes, and to come in right away since I was nearby. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was rude and unwelcoming. I said I had just called for a manicure and was told abruptly to “pick a color,” without any basic courtesy. While looking at colors, I saw gel options and decided to change my mind after speaking with another customer. Even though I was simply browsing, I was loudly and repeatedly yelled at (“ma’am, ma’am”) in a very aggressive and humiliating tone, as if I was doing something wrong. When I explained I wanted gel instead, I was immediately corrected in a condescending and dismissive way, told I had said “regular,” and spoken to like I was being difficult. There was no patience, no explanation, and no professionalism. At one point, I was even physically bumped into while being directed to move, and treated in a rushed and disrespectful manner that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ultimately left without receiving any service because the environment felt hostile and disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated

Lin helped me both times I've been here and she's extremely good! The staff are all very friendly and personable. Everyone is very professional and clean as well. Make sure you book 1-2 days ahead of time because they're always very busy.

HORIBBLE. NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Also the owner uploaded the price but she wrote in the review that she could not change it. Shame you are lying. We can check the photo uploaded by the owner and the guest. They damage all your nail. did nail in Tokyo, Paris, Seoul, London - and this place literally damages whole your nail. Check my added photo for all those scratches. I was shocked when they were just soaking off my gel nail manually with all the clippers by scratching. Also I paid soak off (10 USD) and full manicure for my hands. Why? I mentioned several times that I don’t need manicure. Don’t get fooled by them. The price on the website is different from the real price. Be careful and check the price before getting the service with the owner again. Make sure that they do not charge you for the service you never asked for. When I asked why the price they put on the internet (Google) is different from the real price 👉🏼 She told me, "Oh, it was before Covid." If I were a responsible owner, I would correct the price and she never took any action. Make sure to recheck the service you are asking and how much they would charge. I told several times on the phone before visiting them m"I will not get manicure because my nail needs break and will just get soak off." But they charged me for the full manicure price insisting me that they did manicure service which I assume the hand massage what she gave me. Is there any explanation for it? And then she started to almost shout, so I just told her I will pay because I do not want to make any trouble and also felt sorry for those people who did my nails. Why did you charge the manicure when i mentioned several times that i will not? Never visit this place and will not recommend to anyone else.I am a travel influencer and usually i am very easy going person in general. It is quite pity that they missed the chance and really gave me bad impression.
