I am a regular customer and spend around $1000–$1200 here almost every week. Despite this, the behavior of the store owner/staff has been repeatedly rude and disrespectful. The owner does not know how to speak properly to customers and often talks in an aggressive tone. Basic customer service etiquette is completely missing. In a retail business, knowing what to say and how to speak respectfully is essential, but unfortunately that is not the case here. This feedback is not just for me, but for other customers as well. Customer handling seriously needs improvement. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

I usually get most of my groceries from wee today, I decided to go to the Indian store for the first time. I must say that it was quite a delightful experience, and they had a lot of products starting from spices, sweet dishes to frozen pancakes and vegetables. It was quite nice looking at all the products and the variety of Indian food items. I do feel that some of the products were higher in terms of their price. Then they should be, and I’ve seen a lot of previous reviews agreeing with this statement. I hope the owners find a way to reduce the pricing for some of these commodities. The people at the billing counter where quite pleasant and overall, it was a decent experience. I would love to go again when I need more Indian origin products.

Parking is a nightmare here. The garage next door accepts only cash and there are no ATMs nearby and you're likely to find support anywhere else in the area than at this store. Honestly expected better from them given I ran into an issue visiting their store. The store lady also kept calling me "beta" which is annoying in hindsight given their absolute lack of community spirit. Might as well keep it professional and business-like.
