I went into Jalin Jewelers three Wednesdays ago. My Brother In Law had recommended them to me. Amazing recommendation!!! I spoke with Todd, he and Tara are the sweetest! I inquired about some small fixes, cleaning, and checks on my stones to make sure the prongs weren’t worn down. (My daily stack below that I never take off.) Todd took my items and had them cleaned, looked over and made some small fixes. I also inquired about a larger fix, he was the nicest person. I asked him how much I owed him and he said, “no charge”. I was shocked! New customer for life!!!!!
Todd and Tara were incredible to work with. Super friendly, responsive, and took ownership of ensuring my fiancée and I were happy with our wedding bands. Can’t recommend Jalin Jewelers enough!
