The employees are always so welcoming and accepting each time I’m in and I deeply respect their honesty and care. I especially want to shout out Anthony and Melissa for assisting me today with my pink bracelet and for being so kind! 💖 I’ve had previous experiences at other locations where the cashiers and even members of management were exceptionally rude, belittling, and condescending. That’s never been the case at the Preston Towne Crossing James Avery! They are truly the best.
Great experience at the James Avery Jewelry store in Plano. Suzanne was the associate that helped us with our purchase. I was purchasing three charm bracelets and charms for my upcoming sister vacation. Suzanne was very helpful showing us the various selection of charm bracelets and recommending where the charms should be placed. I had the charms soldered and it was done by the end of the same day. Highly recommend visiting this store for your jewelry needs.
It has been my tradition for 40 years to buy jewelry for the ones I love at James Avery. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The quality of the pieces demands the price. They hold their value although I would never part with any of mine.
March 2025 Added some new pictures for their newer location. Visited here in the past and bought several crosses for my boys celebrating their baptism. Came here today to buy a cross for my daughter baptism during this trip. What a delightful and memorable way to acknowledge her decision with something special from Texas. Good design jewelry with a helpful staff.
Horrible experience I had today came in trying to cleaning my bracelets and my family’s as well came in her whole demeanor when she was talking to me was rude I haven’t came in the store for a few months so a lot of stuff has changed which I understand. The lady that first talked to me her name is Melissa worst customer service ever experienced she just looked at me and my boyfriend like if we were nothing like she was discussed by us. I’ve came here multiple and she always looks at us like this and other people and the tone she has too. There has been other occasions I came in and other people are soo helpful and so nice to us and always willing to help. Today was one of the most disappointing things I’ve ever been in she made me and my boyfriend feel so uncomfortable. Her manager had to step in Becasue she saw I was getting frustrated Becasue how she was acting her manager was soo kind and sweet she was the only one that was helping me out. If you guys are going to go don’t do with Melissa horrible experience!!!!!!
