James Avery Artisan Jewelry

I have had a wonderful experience from James Avery this year. I was taking advantage of the charm event and wasn't able to find the cheeseburger charm online anymore. I came in store a few weeks ago and Val and Angelica helped me order them from the Kerville store. Once they arrived, Kimberly did an amazing job at consulting with me for charm placement on my necklace, as well as two more charms for a bracelet. I've never purchased jewelry for myself before, only items for others. I mentioned that I was going on a trip and wouldn't be able to pick up my items I told later in the week. I was called only a few hours later that the soldering was ready. Now I get to wear my jewelry out during my anniversary vacation. With such outstanding customer service I couldn't help but write a review. Thank you so much for all the teamwork, quick, warm hearted service.

Stopped by to buy cross and heart ring sets! Jackie was very helpful and took the time to help with sizing. Jackie also took extra time to help shine up my rings I had on! Excellent customer service and I felt very welcomed!

My daughter went there right before close as my daughter was walking to the door the lady at the door let her in but as soon as my daughter got to the door the lady locked it and wouldn’t allow my daughter in. Now why if you saw my daughter walking up and there was a woman in front of my daughter you allowed the lady in but not my daughter why? All my daughter needed was to pick up her bracelet. Why wasn’t the lady allowed in? Such bad customer service and behavior. I’m not asking for special treatment I know how retail works but if we saw someone right as the door was being locked we would let them in. I guess every company has different ways of treating their customers.

I came in with a very specific design idea for a gift, and they took the time to understand every little detail. The final piece captured exactly what I had imagined. Seeing my sister's reaction made the whole experience unforgettable.

Visited today to get 3 charms put on a bracelet. Staff were very attentive and inviting. Charms took about 10 minutes to put on and I was on my way! No long wait or appointment needed. The young lady helping me was so kind and patient as it was my first time placing charms in the bracelet. Was greeted warmly as I entered☺️Great experience overall!!
