I’ve been a loyal James Avery customer for years and have purchased many pieces from this store, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I came in looking for a men’s cross charm/pendant and asked Orion for assistance. Instead of helping me find it, she simply pointed toward the back of the store. There are multiple jewelry cases, so that wasn’t very helpful, and I was left trying to figure out where to look on my own. I stayed in the store for a while, hoping another employee would notice and offer assistance, but no one ever did. As a longtime customer, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of this location, and I don’t plan on returning.

I love how they are willing to work with you when you need help and if not just let you shop until your ready. They also replace any broken charm for 1/2 price if you return the broken one and then give it.back clean. The people are.very nice and helpful. You can get a military discount t also.

i usually have the best experience here, but today unfortunately wasn’t one of those days. i walked up to the register being called up next and ORION (the worker) snatched the paper from me & didn’t greet me, asked for my number and put the wrong person instead of my name due to someone else having my number as well, she didn’t bother to ask for my name which they usually do, she then proceeded to toss the bag on the counter and didn't say anything during or after the transaction. i love james avery, but the attitude & customer service i received today was absolutely unnecessary.

Everytime I come in for anything, like buying something new or adding a gifted charm to my bracelet or a cleaning… anything they’re always so rude and judgmental. Idk they always give me bad vibes and I’ll no longer be using this location.
