Brian was wonderful and helped my husband find a ring that he likes and enjoys. We went to a couple of other jewlery stores and it was not the same experience (product wise or customer service wise). We desgined his ring and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the metals and colors and what happens to them over time. He was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you Brian and Jared staff!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location and would not recommend to anybody. I dropped off my wedding ring to get resized last Tuesday. I was told it would be ready today, Tuesday, one week later. Which was perfect because my wedding ceremony is tomorrow, Wednesday. I was also told that if there were any problems resizing, I would get a call. I never received a call. I actually had to call today at 2pm to figure out if my ring was ready. No one was going to call me. They say its ready and I can go any time. I arrive to pick it up and so excited to have it for my wedding ceremony tomorrow. Turns out they never resized it because its moissanite. So for a week this location had my ring and couldn't do anything with it and nobody called to tell me. And now I will not be able to wear my ring on the day of my wedding ceremony as its too big. The lady that helped me was like "welp! Sorry about that!" No credit offered, nothing. I was going to pay over $250 to have this resized. Feeling so bummed that I wont have my ring on a day that is supposed to be a once in a lifetime moment. I have several pieces of jewelry from Jared but will never go or recommend again.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Jared location on Sheridan due to ongoing communication issues and repeated workmanship problems. My engagement ring was resized incorrectly three or more times. Rather than resolving the sizing issue consistently, the store kept changing the bracket head, which resulted in multiple visits and significant stress. This process felt disorganized and left me with little confidence in the handling of such an important and sentimental piece. Additionally, after purchasing our wedding bands, we were never notified that they were ready. After waiting well beyond a reasonable amount of time with no updates, we had to call the store ourselves to find out the rings had been ready for pick up for a while. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a jewelry retailer entrusted with meaningful and high-value items. Clear communication, consistency, and attention to detail were lacking throughout the process. I would not recommend this location, and I hope corporate management reviews this feedback and reaches out to address these issues. The last picture was the original ring.

I had the best experience thanks to Katie! She helped me put together the ring of my soon to be fiancée’s ring! The rest of the staff was so friendly and supportive. I will always remember this experience for the rest of my life!

We came in and were immediately helped by a lovely woman. We wanted a custom ring and they easily did it. They asked very comprehensive questions to make sure we knew what we wanted and helped us find the perfect shape. Not to mention the price was very good. We will definitely be back to order anything else we need
