I’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years and have purchased more than eight pieces of jewelry here, including my engagement ring. Over the years, I’ve probably spent around $20,000, so I truly considered myself a loyal customer. Today, I stopped by to have a watch sized that I received as a birthday gift. It only needed one link removed. I wasn’t sure whether the watch had originally been purchased from this store or another location, so I explained that to them. They told me they would charge $37 for the sizing unless they could confirm it was purchased there. I politely asked them to check my account history since I’ve been a longtime customer. I even offered my phone number so they could look me up, but they refused and said they didn’t need to check my account and would charge me anyway. To be clear, the issue was never really about the $37. It was the way I was treated. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected at least a little consideration or courtesy. Instead, the interaction felt cold and dismissive, like my loyalty meant nothing. I’ve gone out of my way to shop at this location for years, even after moving farther away, but unfortunately this experience changed that. Losing a longtime customer over something so small is disappointing. This will probably be my last visit here.

Bharati at Jared in Sugar Land went above and beyond for me! I was only in town for the weekend visiting family and needed my ring repaired before heading back home. She understood my situation and made it happen in just one day. I truly appreciated her willingness to help and the exceptional customer service she provided. She was kind, professional, and made the entire process so easy. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers, I highly recommend asking for Bharati. Henry made our wedding ring purchase such a wonderful experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made what could have been a stressful decision feel exciting and memorable. Unfortunately, you have hired someone has poor customer service especially in a field where people come in hoping to make one of the many great memories of getting married, engaged, etc. Orlando…. highly would NOT recommend. Never thought someone’s customer service could be so bad that you actually ruin part of the experience of something that should be so joyous, enjoyable, & memorable in the best way. Thank you Orlando for showing many Bride-to-be’s that Jared Jewelers is no longer a positive safe shopping experience as long as you & anyone else like you works there. I hope many avoid you and anyone like you on their journey to marriage and getting their rings. Have the day you deserve, Jared Jewelers please choose/hire better. For the money us customers pay, we should at least be able to afford to be treated better.

Truthfully, Jared's is already a bad brand for Jewelry but Mr. Orlando truly made the visit particularly disgusting. It was like viewing rust with him, I stayed out of politeness but did not purchase anything. I think the salesmen/ saleswomen are part of the presentation of an establishment. Especially when it's marketed as high end. If so, please use high end competence and help in the future. I went to private jeweler, much better. Thank you anyway, for trying.
