This is the best jeweler that I have ever went to! My boyfriend and I stopped by to shop for engagement rings, and we wanted to have a custom ring made. Amna and the staff are so kind and knowledgeable! I had ideas of what I wanted, and Amna was so helpful and made great suggestions to help us design a beautiful ring. She really took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I will never go to any other jeweler, and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!
REALLY amazing experience as an over the phone/online customer from out of state. I ordered a bangle listed on their site over the phone from LaDan and received my piece within just a few days! I did have a small issue with the security of the clasp - no fault of theirs. After letting LaDan know about my concerns, she suggested I send it back to adjust the clasp and add an additional security clasp. I am so happy with their adjustments and the great customer service and communication I was met with throughout my purchase process. I highly recommend Javeri Jewelers. Thanks again LaDan.

Bought some custom jewelry for my wife from Javeri a few years ago. They called today to let me know that my wife had a wish list for her birthday. I talked to wife, and she indeed did not have a wish list. I don't have a problem with sales calls, but when you blatantly lie to get me to buy something from your establishment. That is just low and unprofessional. I recommend you don't buy from here, if Omna is willing to lie just to get sales. Not sure what else they do that may be shady.
Awesome jewelers. Last year I had to find a new “go to” jeweler because my old one retired and closed. Javeri was in the neighborhood so I tried them with a size change to a ring. They did a great job and quick. Then recently decided to change and update my wedding rings for 30th anniversary. Aleena was great helping me decide and finding incredible new diamonds and settings. It didn’t take weeks it took a week. Couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Javeri jewelers.
