I would give negative stars if there is an option for it. The old woman, owner of Jeans Jewelry, is very rude. Other staff are not friendly. I paid for the price of new 1 oz gold, but they gave me the ones that have old covers, which I believed that they bought from other customers. They took my money but refused to give me the new ones. Their attitudes were unacceptable...extremely rude...I will never buy anything from Jeans Jewelry again
9/12 My mother and me came to Jean’s Jewelry store to selling some diamonds rings my mothers didn’t use. The staffs really friendly & and the owner give us best offers comparison to another stores. If you had jewelry didn’t use, come to this place. You will happily at the end!
As soon as I walked in I was politely greeted. They really listened to my wants and we’re very patient and I’m sure I tested their patience. Their selection is massive and of top quality. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
