Jeju Sauna

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professional courtesy. I was given a tour of the facility and all the wonderful services they offer. The two ladies who took care of me did an amazing job. I got a Hip Bath and the Gold spa package, and it was worth every penny. I felt so relaxed and happy that they stay open late. Can you tell they are preparing for the World Cup? ☺️

This was an absolutely wonderful birthday gift! Relaxing and perfect for me. I had a body shampoo and scrub and massage that was so reviving especially after recovering for 6 months from post surgery complications. Perfect exfoliation plus the sauna and hot and cold tubs were lovely. There weren't too many people when we went but more arrived after 5.30pm. It was very quiet - 2 others in body wash area, maybe about 7 in hot and cold tubs, three people getting pedicures, we had an igloo to ourselves and ond couple in the pool. Someone in my group did reflexology and a pedicure. We will be back, hopefully during another quiet time.

It was amazing they definitely know how to treat their guest, there were about 6 different types of saunas with different heat settings and each one healed different aspects of the body...its 24hr so you can stay the night, they offer mats, pillows and blankets for comfortability, please do the 40 yoni steam, its completely naked and they cover your entire body with a steam robe so that your whole body is involved (it helps with cramps, flood circulation and ph rejuvenation) and you MUST do the full body scrub, from your neck down to your toes frontside and backside they scrub/massage you and it exfoliate your entire body then they soap you down and clean you. Amazing experience overall

This is a really cool and unique Spa! Most areas are coed so you can go with your significant other however, the Turkish bath areas are separated by sex for obvious reasons because they require full nudity. There are definitely some pros …

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE After eating at the food court, I became extremely sick later that day. I was vomiting repeatedly and ended up seeing a doctor, who told me my symptoms were consistent with food poisoning. What worried my friend and me even more was seeing a large bowl of raw red meat sitting on top of a trashcan behind the counter were the kitchen was after we had already finished eating. Seeing that was very unsettling. Unfortunately, the customer service was also disappointing. The women working in the nail area were rude and judgmental toward my friend and me. One of them had an attitude for no apparent reason and even made a comment about us speaking Spanish to each other, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only bright spot during our visit was the woman who provides the yoni steam services. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The women working in the locker room were also friendly and made us feel much more comfortable. Overall, this experience left me very disappointed. Between getting sick afterward, the concerning food handling I witnessed, and the disrespectful treatment we received in the nail area, I would not return.
