Jenny Beauty Supply - Irving since 1992

This place is a MESS! I enjoy going to the location off of I-20. This place is small and items are in no specific order. I just happened to be in Irving and decided to pick up a few items. Never again! No testers. Lip and eye liners aren't secure and can be opened. As you walk in the door, if someone is checking out, you can barely get in. I dont care if there were giving away free items, I will NEVER go back. Jenny's should be ashamed to jabe this as a sister store!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For over 25 years (since around 1999), I have proudly shopped at Jenny's Beauty Supply in Irving, Texas, located at Belt Line Road and Northgate Drive. Even with newer beauty supply stores opening, this is the only Jenny's Beauty Supply I wholeheartedly recommend. They have been my trusted source for everything I need—hair care, skincare, body care, nails, jewelry, hats, scarves, clothing, beauty accessories, and so much more. What truly makes this location special is the people. John, Jenna, and their amazing staff consistently provide exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed with warm smiles, kindness, professionalism, patience, genuine care—and a wonderful sense of humor! They always know how to make you laugh, and they make every customer feel valued and treated like family. In all these years, I have never had a problem with their products, prices, or service. That kind of consistency and integrity is rare, and it has earned my complete trust and loyalty. Whenever someone compliments my hair, beauty products, or accessories, I'm always happy to tell them exactly where I shop—Jenny's Beauty Supply at Belt Line Road and Northgate Drive in Irving, Texas. You better make sure you can return item if your not sure. They dont return anything even if its in the same package. So that was about 25 bucks wasted. Im furious because she said two of the items were discontinued but yet I jave been buying them for years so how is it discontinued. Sallys you have not lost a customer thats for sure. I will let everyone know about Jennys and will never step foot back in that store again. ITS NOT WORTH IT OR THE STRESS! Yall are so very wrong. ByeBye to you and the young girl who never smiles behind the counter! Guess yall are just trying to pay the rent with your new store. hahaha

Ask me if I need help finding some s*** one more time when I’m actively helping myself right before your eyes. Hurry up and buy ahh location. I’m moving to this side of town and thought it was like the one I frequent. Will not be returning.
