Love this store! Great customer service. Went in not knowing much about clip-ins and how to match my hair. The young lady took her time explaining and got me just right! The only thing I don't like is the amount of tape you put on your press on nails. I don't like destroying the box as that's what I put the remaining nails in to keep organized. Why is it 20 minutes and I'm still not done getting this tape off? It's excessive!!!! I'm mad I bought 6 boxes and didn't notice the tape. I'll definitely go back, but sadly will skip the nail aisle.
Great customer service. ! Very friendly staff. Recognition from the moment you walk in the store to the moment you leave and also the store is very clean and organized.
Staff is very friendly and provided good service at counter during purchase. So that is the only reason this review was moved up to a 3 star. However, it should not take minutes to get into a lip balm or incense package because of all the anti theft plastic wrapped around products. I get it, people steal but come on now, it was just to much! I've been to plenty other beauty supplies that are around town and don't have that much hassle to get into their products.
Went to this place they was nice. They knew about wigs. I bought me another Bob wig because the other place sold me the wrong wig and it's just sitting because I don't even know what to do with it because it's different layers cannot be style, but this place is customer service skills all the way is from every department because I bought multiple things and they was nice and they helped me in every department from the Wax to theedge control the customer service cashier
This location closes before they are actually suppose to close for the day. They lock the doors at 5:45 so that no one can come in. The first time it occurred I thought it was bad timing on my part but it happened again today. I along with 2 other customers were turned away so that at exactly 6pm all the staff could walk out the door. If you are not going to be open until 6pm then change your store hours!
