Literally bought these lashes for my GF and found out I gotten the wrong ones not even an hour had gone by of purchasing them and literally just wanted to exchange them for the right ones. I experienced rude, and very unprofessional customer service from so called “manager” named CLARISSA! She was terrible and definitely doesn’t deserve to be “manager” at all.. The policy is such total waste.. A customer who has their receipt, has a unopened product and it literally shows the time and date when it was purchased they still won’t accommodate the simple exchange. 1st time going and definitely will be my last

I no longer live in the DFW area but always made it a habit to stop by when visiting because their hair selection is much larger than other stores. Unfortunately, I won’t be spending my money here anymore. While everyone else in the store is nice, the cashiers always have massive attitudes. The store barely just opened, yet they act like they are constantly having a bad day. If you don't like your job simply get a new one. Owners need to be much stricter with their customer service training or maybe just hire people who actually want to be there.

I’m really disappointed with Jenny’s Beauty Supply Supercenter’s return policy. For a store this large, the policy feels outdated and unfair to customers. According to the receipt, there are no refunds or exchanges on wearable or personal care items ,even if the product is unopened. That’s unreasonable. Customers often realize after purchase that a product is the wrong item, shade, or formula. Completely eliminating exchanges puts all the risk on the customer. Citing “FDA sanitary regulations” for unopened products is misleading. An unopened item returned within a short window (24–72 hours) should at least qualify for an exchange or store credit. I drove out of my way to shop here expecting a supercenter-level experience. Policies like this discourage repeat business. At minimum, this store should offer exchanges or gift cards for unopened items and make the policy extremely clear at checkout. Photos of the receipt are attached.

I found out why! The 3 young ladies upfront at the registers are unfriendly, unprofessional, and outright rude! I will never come back because of how they all treated me. I’m not familiar with the store, so of course I ask questions about where certain items were. Not only did they look at me strangely, but as soon as I walked away, I heard them say rude things. They are not the right people to be upfront and assist customers. This message is for the owner: if you want your business to continue to thrive, you need to get rid of those three young ladies! Because they cost you a customer.

This location is full of incompetent thieves. I purchased 3 packs of hair equating to around $230. Because I shop so much there, I had a $5 reward which I used. My stylist only ended up using 2 of the 3 packs of hair, so I decided to return it. It was unopened and I paid full price. Per the policy on y receipt, I’m able to return; however when I got to the store, the cashier refused to refund me because I used r reward. I even pointed out THEIR policy which states about a nothing about reward usage. I asked her to explain and she couldn’t. This is pure failure to follow policy and is not legal. They will never get another dime from me.
