Omg this place is amazing... from all the employees to Steve the man of the hour. We brought in some old gold he gave us an amazing trade in and cash price however after seeing what he offers for rings I quickly said no to the cash he hooked me up with an amazing ring and fixed my original engagement ring that mind you wasn't cheap and was bought with a life time warranty from fredmyer not only was it fixed by them 4 times and by the 5th I gave up because their staff is stuck up snooty n rude but when I walked in here there was 0 judgment they were very honest informative and so so friendly all of them treated me amazing. Hands down if I could give them 100 stars that would happen I am beyond pleased with them all around. I recommend him for fixing loved jewelry you can't let go of to buying new NOT USED for a great price and selling gold this is the place. And it's family owned so you can garuntee your treated the same bye all of them.thank you so much yall made my whole year!!!

Absolutely adore this place! I have been a fan since they moved into the mall! Their work is beyond exceptional! My husband bought my engagement ring there and it was one of a kind made by the owner Steve. Everything I wanted in a ring! Always so pleasant and their jewelry is top of the line! I will not go anywhere else.

For an independent jewelry and watch repair shop, reputation, integrity, and honesty are everything. We have been using The Jewelry Dr. for many years, primarily for watch battery replacements and minor jewelry repairs, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Recently, we brought in a seldom-used watch for a battery replacement. We remembered that several of our frequently used watches were covered by a battery replacement program, but we were certain this particular watch was not. When asked, we told them it did not have the program and requested a standard battery replacement. What we didn't know is that watches covered by the program have a note placed inside the watch case. When we returned to pick up the watch and pay for the service, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that this watch was also covered under the battery replacement program. The technician had found the note inside the case and informed us there would be no charge. They could have easily said nothing and charged us for the battery replacement. Instead, they chose honesty over a quick sale. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the character of this business. The Jewelry Dr. has earned our trust through years of excellent service, and this experience reinforced why we continue to return. I love the Jewelry Dr and his team. The customer service is top notch. The jewels are amazing. Steve made me the most beautiful pink diamond ring. I love it and never take it off. I refer all my family and friends to the Jewelry Dr and I personally will not shop anywhere else. I am so pleased this business is at the Tacoma Mall.

Been to this shop several times and it’s always been a good experience. So when my watch strap needed a little repair, I brought it in again today. Ended up chatting with Steven, the owner, and he was a super nice guy. He told me about his silver collection, and even gave me a few buffalo nickels for free! Couldn’t believe it. Will definitely be back here for more silver, watch repairs and jewelry.
