Joyeria Franco Jewelers is a local jewelry store in Denver, Colorado, serving customers at 4858 Chambers Rd, Denver, CO 80239. It is a neighborhood option for people looking to have jewelry repaired, resized, or cleaned, as well as for watch repair. Customer experiences describe practical services such as adjusting rings and repairing a prong, along with help for pieces that carry personal meaning. If you are comparing jewelers in Denver for a specific repair, you can call or visit to discuss the work and confirm what your item needs before moving forward.

Ring resizing is one of the services customers mention most. Reviewers say they brought in two rings and were pleased that the finished rings fit properly, with pricing described as reasonable and explained upfront. Other customers report returning for jewelry repairs or resizing and say they appreciated the results and cost. The shop has also cleaned a customer’s grandmother’s ring, a thoughtful service for a piece with sentimental value. These accounts make Joyeria Franco Jewelers worth considering when fit, clarity about pricing, and care for a keepsake matter to you.

Customers also describe watch repair, prong work, and soldering jewelry, including an anniversary band. Feedback about repair outcomes is mixed, however. Some reviewers report positive results and say the shop addressed a concern and made the experience right; others describe serious problems after prong repairs, including a lost diamond. Because jewelry repairs can involve valuable stones and settings, ask what the proposed work includes, how the piece will be checked, and what follow-up is available if a concern arises. Clear questions can help you decide whether the service is right for your item.

The customer comments suggest a straightforward local-shop experience rather than a highly formal setting: people bring in everyday pieces, family jewelry, rings that need to fit better, and watches that need attention. Its 4.4-star rating from 64 reviews offers one snapshot of local feedback, while the written reviews show both satisfaction and concerns. That context may be useful if you are choosing a Denver jeweler for a repair. Share the history of the item, explain your priorities, and discuss the estimate before authorizing work, especially when a stone or sentimental piece is involved.

Joyeria Franco Jewelers is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and closed Sunday. Its Chambers Road location serves Denver customers seeking ring resizing, jewelry repair, cleaning, or watch repair. Consider visiting during business hours to talk through your needs and understand the expected price and process. For a simple resizing or a repair that requires careful attention, a conversation about the condition of the piece and the work involved can help set expectations. The shop’s local presence and range of repair experiences make it a practical option to explore in Denver.

They made everything right with my watch repair. I wish I didn't complain about my experience but they made it right. Thank you so much for making me feel better about my complaints, they immediately made it an enjoyable experience. #themadeitright

Brought 2 rings here to be resized, it’s a local jewelry store, the price was reasonable and the rings fit perfectly. The pricing was upfront and I am so happy with the finished product. And they cleaned my grandmothers ring which means the world to me. Thank you! I’ll be back.

Poor quality of repair service. My wife came here last year and had a prong replaced and all 4 adjusted and the diamond fell out within 2 months. It sat i a jewelry box for a year. I went back in not knowing previous service and paid to have anniversary band soldered together and new non diamond installed. They didn't even center the anniversary band and when I brought it up they said we'll we can talk to the jewelry in 5 days. I paid for the ring and left they already had it for 3 weeks. Very poor quality service here I dont recommend at all.

I went to this jeweler to have a prong repaired on my engagement ring. Less than a month later I lost my diamond. I had been rocking the ring with a broken prong for a year but was concerned would lose the stone so finally went to get it …
