I would give zero stars or negative stars, if there was a choice. I brought in three gold rings the largest one, 15.5 g 14k One of the scratched on the stone put the wrong acid on it, and it’s still stuck to the stone and told me it was fake . And the small thin 10 k with multiple sons most likely diamonds was looked at by the naked eye, and told me they were not real stones tested with a diamond tester. And put them on a scale, weighed them and offered me $15. I wish I was making this up never in my whole life and I had to clarify and try to tell me because it was scrap to them
