My fiancé and I came to the garland/firewheel location to look at wedding bands to pair with my low set engagement ring. We were assisted by Janie and it was a great experience. We did not expect to find something so quickly but she immediately picked out our perfect ring. We ended up finding and purchasing my wedding band within 30 minutes of looking! Highly recommend this location, never felt pressured into buying anything which I think is a huge part of ring searching. 10/10 experience and customer service from Janie!

I had a great experience at Kay Jewelers, and Colton was a big part of that. As a sales associate, he was friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer questions and helped guide me without ever being pushy or making me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable about the products and made everything feel easy and comfortable. It’s clear he cares about helping customers find what they need and having a positive experience. He also helped my sister with picking out matching sister jewelry sets which we have been talking about for years I would definitely recommend working with Colton if you visit the store.

Great customer service from start to finish for fixing my diamond tennis bracelet! Evelyn was cordial and professional. My bracelet was repaired quicker than the original quote! The repair is much better than the franchise jewelry repair store in the mall that charges way more for less quality. I have had several repairs done in the mall and I was ripped off and I will never go back to the mall jewelry repair store. Kay is trustworthy and I will use them again and I was offered a warranty on top of the original warranty and the mall repair store does not have any warranty if the repair does not hold….not nice at all for fine jewelry.

I went in to buy a new ring and I loved my buying experience with Areli! She made sure she showed me all the styles of rings or close to the style that I was looking for. She paid attention and listened to all the small details I was asking for. If it wasn’t for Areli, I don’t think I would have found what I was looking for!!! Great store and AMAZING customer service from the staff, especially Areli. Will definitely think about coming again in the future.

I typically buy my jewelry online, but I had time to kill on my lunch break and I decided to browse into Kay jewelers. I was greeted by Areli, and her aura and charisma instantly made me want to buy everything she was showing me! Its evident she is knowledgeable and passionate about every customer walking out feeling heard and happy. I had such a great lunch break, I will be back! Thank you Areli
