Bianca and her Team (Jocelyn and Elizabeth) were great. They took care of me while shopping for my wedding ring I misplaced. I was not rushed what so ever and the customer service they all provided was the best I have had in years! I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends that are shopping for new jewelry. So if you’re in town, please go see any of them! They made me and my family feel welcomed and it’s worth the drive if you are in the area. I was greeted right when I came in and Bianca was ready to help. Best customer service!

A couple of months ago my girlfriend got me a promise ring from Kay Jewelers for our anniversary and I honestly think it’s one of the best looking rings I’ve ever seen. The quality and design really stood out to me right away. Since then I’ve gone back a few times just to browse and also to get the complimentary cleaning they offer. Every time I go in it’s a great experience and it’s definitely become one of my favorite places to shop for jewelry. Elizabeth and Bianca have both been super helpful, really informative, and always welcoming whenever I come in. Their customer service is a big reason I keep coming back. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy jewelry or even just to look around.

I went there to purchase my wedding band and was extremely satisfied with the experience. I worked with Bianca, and after telling her what I liked and showing her my engagement ring, she selected options she knew would complement it beautifully and match my style. Went in looking for a necklace and Elizabeth helped with my concerns about payment options and she was very helpful/ friendly during my visit. As well as Bianca they were really kind and helped me with about my credit when issues arised.
