My wife and I are truly grateful for the wonderful experience we had at Key Jewelers today. From the moment we walked in, Shelby greeted us with such a genuine, warm welcome and immediately made us feel comfortable. When we shared that we were looking for a special gift for my mother’s 75th birthday, she listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and went out of her way to find options that matched what we had in mind. A little later, Sheyda joined us and was just as fantastic. She was kind, patient, and incredibly personable. She showed us additional choices and made the entire process feel effortless, like we had our own personal shopping advisor. We also really appreciated the store manager (we didn’t catch his name), who was so helpful and even worked with us to provide an additional discount. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a positive and memorable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Key Jewelers for any celebration or special occasion. We walked in right as they were opening. My sister and I were greeted with big smiles and great energy by both Imani and Shelbia. Imani ended up taking care of us, this was my first experience in a real jewelry store so my sister lead the conversation with Imani. Imani showed me about 3 bracelets and was so kind and patient and I ended up finding the perfect cuff style bracelet! It’s so cute and so me and I love her and the experience we had. I’ll definitely be shopping at KAY again. Thank you ladies!

Sheyda was so amazing and helpful on helping us find options within price range and informing us on the warranty that is offered. We came in close to their closing time without realizing and she was extremely nice and friendly. Would highly recommend going to see her!

My fiance and I came in to just look at wedding bands to get an idea of what we liked. When we came in, we were happily greeted and Sheyda was absolutely amazing! She told us about the upcoming sale they were having and showed us so many options to choose from. We ended up financing our rings from Kay thanks to Sheyda. Highly recommend coming to this location :)

This was the best experience at an out of town Kay’s. Randall was very knowledgeable and amazing his confidence and ability to make my family feel so welcomed was unmatched. Also, Shelby was amazing she gave so much insight to the pieces we bought. They are top tier.
