The store employee recommended a fake product to me. I bought it and they told me that when the product didn’t work they refused to refund me. The manager was so disrespectful and rude won’t be back
I understand not wanting people to steal but why wrap things in plastic so tight? It took me 10 minutes to open an eyebrow pencil and another 10 to open eyeliner that was already dried out like what?! If youre going to wrap the products so tight then YALL should remove it at the time of purchase instead of making YOUR OWN customers struggle!!! Other than that I love the hours and the person I worked with was really nice, thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1
I walked into the store because the open sign was on, and I needed to find a wig. I was able to find something fairly quickly, but there was no one available behind the counter to assist me. I understand that employees may be busy with other tasks, but there were customers in the store shopping, and I noticed employees near the front counter. I politely asked one of the employees if someone could assist me, and she used the walkie-talkie to request help. Shortly after, I heard another employee near the cosmetics area loudly say, “Nooooo. It’s not 8:30…we have time.” Not only was this rude, but it was also very unprofessional, especially with customers present in the store. After waiting for assistance and finally being ready to purchase the wig, it then took a very long time for the item to be brought to the front. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is addressed so future customers do not have the same experience.
